This is aimed at middle management in both the private and public sectors. The learning outcomes of this training programme are:
To create an
understanding of the impact on employee competence of globalisation of the
economy, the information age, and the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
To enable managers to identify current and future knowledge, applied behavioural, and attitudinal competencies required to perform a job effectively, and to develop job competency profiles.
To enable managers to effectively interview and select employees, to coach, and to evaluate employee performance, using job competency profiles.
This computer based training product includes real-time video instruction, images, and Learner Assessment Questions. Learners are also provided with a user-friendly training manual.
